Shipping policy

Where do we ship?

Currently, we only ship to Canada.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We will primarily ship with Canada Post, but have the option to use either UPS, Purolator or FedEx in the event Canada Post is not available.

Do you offer local delivery?

No, we do not offer local delivery at this time.

What will it cost me for shipping within Canada?

We will ship orders only with services that offer Tracked Shipping. We offer $10 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders up to $499.

Order total equal to or greater than $500.00 - Free

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipment. If your order contains Singles, please allow additional processing time. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for tracked orders for delivery. Delivery time will vary depending on location and may be interrupted due to circumstances beyond DeckTrio Collectible's control (ie. Postal strike, extreme weather).

My shipment was returned to sender. What can I do?

Please contact us immediately if your shipment is marked as being returned to sender. We will wait to receive it and determine the reason for the return. If it was returned to us due to an error on your part, you will be held responsible for any return shipping charges that we incurred.

If you want the items reshipped, you will be responsible for the full shipping charge to send it back to you. 

If you do not want the item(s) reshipped, you will not receive a refund on the initial shipping cost, you will be charged the return shipping cost back to us (if applicable) and be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

This is a non-negotiable policy for any "Returned to Sender" orders due to Customer error. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide us the correct address information, and to keep track of tracking information/pickup requests. Missed communication from postal services (ie. emails in spam, ignored postal pick up slips) do not absolve you from responsibility for receiving your order.

If it is determined DeckTrio Collectibles made an error, we will reship the items at no additional charge and you will not be responsible for any initial or return shipping charges.
