Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to high risk of fraud, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any Trading Card Sealed Product or Trading Card Singles sold on DeckTrio Collectibles. For clarity, Sealed Products encompass items such as Booster Boxes, Booster Packs (Sleeved, Blisters, etc.), Elite Trainer Boxes, Specialty Collection Boxes are not eligible for returns.

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of your product and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Refunds
In the event a refund is due, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit for future purchases only.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order (full or partial) for any reason. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your payment method(s).
